At FloridaWild, we've had nine cases in the last year that would've ended with a heartbroken family, a distraught team, and a pet's life ending if it wasn't for the help of Paisley Paws. Of these nine cases, six of them were family pets, and the children sat in one of our exam rooms and cried happy tears instead of sad because we finally had an option to help them
Ottawa Animal Hospital
At Ottawa Animal Hospital, we recently assisted a 7-year old Golden Retriever Mix by utilizing Paisley Paws Funds to contribute $500 towards the cost of a Cystotomy procedure. The owner expressed heartfelt gratitude for our support, as the total procedure was $2,828. Thanks to Paisley Paws, we were able to alleviate a portion of the financial burden, and we're please to report the patient is recovering splendidly.
Since starting our journey with Paisley Paws, donations provided have been used to help local families in need. Elvis Andrew is an 8-year old Havanese that has been having GI issues with no relief. He desperately needed diagnostics and further work ups to get to the bottom of his discomfort. Thanks to Paisley Paws Life Saving Fund Elvis Andrew is now feeling better and is on his way to recovery.
